The study entitled “Crossreactivity between Olea europaea and Betula verrucosa” performed in the Department of R&D (Inmunotek), and Hospital Xeral (Lugo, Spain), has been awarded with the SEAIC price during the Congress of the Spanish Allergy and Clinical Immunology Society held in Pamplona.
The results point that crossreactivity among these allergens is scarce but does exist, probably due to panallergens.
